Overview of the VPH NoE Annual Event 2009

The first VPH NoE annual event will take place in Brussels, at ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) Erasme campus between 9th and 11th of September 2009.

The event will be composed of several meetings, gathering the European VPH community as well as representatives from the European Commission. Below is an overview of the event programme:

September 9th:             VPH Initiative Day (open to all event participants)

September 10th a.m.:    VPH NoE Advisory Boards meeting (open to all event participants)

September 10th p.m.:    VPH NoE 1st Annual Meeting - Part 1 (open to all event participants)

September 11th:            VPH NoE 1st Annual Meeting - Part 2 (NoE internal, partners, general & associate members)

The meetings will be held at the Musée de la Medecine,

Université Libre de bruxelles (ULB)
Erasmus Campus

The venue will be signposted from the nearest Metro station: Erasme. Downlaod Public transport and campus map.

VPH NoE AGM Conference dinner

For VPH NoE members and those who are staying on for the Advisory Board meeting and the VPH NoE AGM, a buffet dinnerhas been organised at La Chaloupe d'Or overlooking the beautiful Grand Place. All participants are invited to this dinner which will be held on the evening of September 10th.
