Funding Opportunity: U.S. EPA calls for multiscale
Following the consensus produced by the Virtual Tissues 2009 conference organised jointly by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and by the European Commission, where it was recommended to support research in the area of multiscale modelling, EPA is seeking applications for research in developing quantitative, dose-response models to elucidate the associations between environmental agents and toxicity pathway across multiple scale of biological organization. The call, part of EPA Science to Achieve Results (STAR) program, is reserved to US-based institutions.
