Description: Postdoctoral positions are available to conduct research in computational and mathematical modeling of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and angiogenesis. The laboratory uses both computational and experimental methodologies. Computational methodologies include numerical solution of ordinary and partial differential equations and agent-based modeling.
Requirements: Ph.D. in chemical engineering, bioengineering, computer science, applied mathematics, biophysics, or equivalent. Strong background and experience in computational/systems biology and construction of mathematical models.
