Draft Associate Membership Agreement - organisations interested in becoming an Associate Member of the VPH NoE should review this document.  On receipt and review of an eligible expression of interest from the organisation concerned, the VPH NoE coordinator will send a formal version of this document to the candidate member, to be completed, returned and countersigned by the coordinator, which will formalise membership.
